Overview
Finding balance and maintaining well-being in college can be difficult. This course empowers students to increase faith in the Savior by applying principles and strategies associated with emotional resilience and well-being in their life.

Course Outcomes
- Develop and apply increased faith in the Savior through learning and applying the principles and strategies of emotional resilience.
- Learn and apply strategies to increase emotional resilience, healthy thinking patterns, emotional intelligence, healthy relationships, serving others, and a sense of identity.

Learning Model
This course is built on the principles of the BYU-Idaho Learning Model. Students Prepare by completing reading assignments. They Prove by completing a corresponding activity with the reading assignments. They Ponder and Prove by setting weekly goals and reporting on their progress. Finally, students Teach One Another in weekly discussions on the topics of the week.
Expectations
Feedback
You can expect to receive grades and feedback within seven days of the due date for all assignments.
Group Work
This course does not involve any group work.
Late Work
As a sign of professionalism and respect, you should complete your work on time. However, your instructor has the discretion to accept late work or extend due dates as appropriate.
Retries
There are no retry policies for this course. If you perform poorly on an assignment, contact your instructor for guidance on how to improve.
Extra Credit
