BSN Expectations Paper (Due in Lesson 08) - Instructions

Write a paper discussing the different expectations a RN will be facing after they attain their BSN degree. For instance, they will be expected to perform on a BSN level status and will be able to experience leadership responsibilities/opportunities. Use 3rd person for this formal paper. Do NOT explain what is involved in attaining the BSN degree, or the history of the BSN, or compare the ASN/AND to the BSN. Please focus on the responsibilities/opportunities/expectations of the BSN after the degree is earned.

Paper Requirements

  1. Narrative format (two pages not counting the title page or the reference page).
  2. A first and second level headingmust be used in the paper (p. 62 APA manual).
  3. The reference page must have at least two references.Learner can use the Professional Nursing: Concepts & Challengesbook for one reference and find another resource for the other but NOT another textbook.
  4. Correct APA format graded heavily. See APA Guidelines for Papers " Research Paper"
  5. The only two papers that need a reference page in this course are the History of Nursing paper and the BSN Expectations paper.
